It&#8217;s all done and considering I had initially written off the wool as being horrible, I actually really like it!<\/p>\n<p>The pattern is <em>Otello<\/em> by Louisa Harding from her book, <em>Cardigans<\/em> and the yarn is Lamb&#8217;s Pride Bulky (85% wool and 15% mohair) in colour M225 Elderberry Wine, which is a lovely name for a yarn colour. It&#8217;s going to be very, very cosy, so I&#8217;m all set for the winter!<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/24.jpg\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2417\" title=\"2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/24-e1312624122538.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/24-e1312624122538.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/24-e1312624122538-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is a great pattern for a bulky wool, because it actually feels &#8211; and is- quite fitted so I don&#8217;t feel like a big, bulky sack of potatoes in it!<\/p>\n<p>This yarn took up A LOT of space in my stash, so it&#8217;s lovely to have it all used up!<\/p>\n<p>Helen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just finished sewing the buttons on Otello.
