And bemused.<\/p>\n<p>Just when did Will.i.am become a British icon?<\/p>\n<p>Can anyone tell me why he managed to gain a coveted spot carrying the olympic torch?<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/williamolympics.jpg\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3861\" title=\"williamolympics\" src=\"http:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/williamolympics.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/williamolympics.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.runquiltknitwrite.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/williamolympics-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Or how he came to take part in the Jubilee concert on Monday? (This was particularly odd as the man himself says he can&#8217;t sing unless there&#8217;s a lot of studio magic propping him up).<\/p>\n<p>But there we had it &#8230;.alongside all those eternal British heavyweight superstars, Sir Elton, Sir Paul, Sir Cliff, Sir Tom up popped Mr. fireworks and pizzazz.<\/p>\n<p>Is being a judge on The Voice enough to justify this? (And even there he was clearly all about the production side and not very strong on the singing bit). Or is there something more sinister behind all this?<\/p>\n<p>Is Will.i.am on a mission to take over England? The world?<\/p>\n<p>If you know, do tell. Did you find it rather strange too?
