Christmas socks
I feel like I’m doing nothing but knitting socks. I’ve finished the first pair and am hard at work on the second sock of the luminous pair I started a couple of weeks ago. My deadline is Friday – so believe me, the needles are clicking like crazy at my house! One thing I’ve learned though is that men have big feet! I’ve always knitted socks for myself or the children up until now. It takes way longer to make man-sized socks!
These socks are made using Zitron Handart yarn and a pattern of my own devising.
It’s snowing and I’m hibernating….and it’s great!
Have a great week!

I we lived closer together so you could teach me to knit socks. I love all of yours.

I’m anxious to cast on some stitches – how is the pattern testing coming along? My husband has a hammer toe and is murder on socks – I figure if I knit him socks when the hole appears (is it inevitably does) I could just unravel the toe and voila a new pair appears. In the meantime I’m off to my quilt club this morning and guild tomorrow.
