My Summer Petals
Leaf by tiny leaf I am getting there – 121 squares to date.
Pattern by Brioni Greenberg in her wonderful book: 25 Ways to Sew Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes and Charm Packs.
I had really thought that the scraps basket would be looking much emptier by now, but I think the fairies must be filling it up again in the night……maybe this isn’t the scrapbuster project that I thought it might be after all.
Don’t wait up….I could be a while…

It’s looking stunning Helen! I really don’t know either what it would take to make a dent into said scrap basket. I’m having the same problem. Actually, I can’t make a dent into my stash either, no matter how many quilts I make.

Absolutely wonderful!!! This is a beauty that I know will be treasured. Scrap baskets reproduce like rabbits, 2 in, and a dozen more show up! Happy stitching!

Oh my goodness! There’s so much work in that quilt! Hard to believe the scraps aren’t getting less, isn’t it. That quilt will be a treasure.

It is looking fabulous. If the scrap baskets are still full then you will have to make another one. š

What a pretty quilt this will be. I can’t wait to see it finished.

It looks magnificent! I love how many colours there are in the quilt. I’m lucky, I think, as I haven’t actually got a very big stash or huge amount of scraps. Come to think of it, maybe you could send the fairies my way š
