Hazy Saturday morning in the hills
Where I live autumn is characterized by early morning fog, which usually burns off by lunchtime. This morning I went looking for one of those elusive over the fog shots – up in the hills looking down over a sea of fog was what I was looking for. Not to be had today unfortunately – I couldn’t get high enough, but it was hazy and peaceful up on the Pfannenstiel.
Enjoy your Saturday!
Helen

Hello Helen, lovely to take an early morning hike to the Pfannenstiel. I have lovely memories of doing the hike from the other direction along the Kusnachter Tobel. Thank you for sharing.

Hello, Helen. I see we have been jointly fingered by Stephanie for the 7 links challenge! Look forward to seeing yours. I love your misty photo. It’s like that in the early morning here now, too. Just a faint skein of mist rising from the ground that soon gets burned off.

I love autumn weather with the early morning mists. Not so much fun when heading off to the bus-stop at 6.15am on Monday mornings though. We have a couple of very fog-prone places to get through!
