On the way to the hairdressers….
….this morning I was struck by the magnificence of the view (which my photos don’t really do justice) and the improbability of a girl from Newcastle ending up here. This wasn’t part of any plan, but it shows what can happen when you take a chance and grasp an adventure with both hands.
Of course I have had to get used to not being by the sea!

I think that all the time, how on earth did I end up living on the African continent! But as you say, I grasped adventure with both hands and took a big leap.

Wow! I don’t have a bad view when going to the hairdressers, right across Les Landes but your view beats mine into a cocked hat.

That looks like a scene out of a travel show…it sure makes me want to make a visit to Switzerland very soon.
