Oh No!!!

Thursday, June 21st, 2012

You aren’t going to believe this, you really aren’t.

I HAVE RUN OUT OF FABRIC!

I can hardly believe it myself…particularly after my confession earlier this week…

But I definitely have no more Kona Snow…

Which is a bit sad really.

To top it off, I ordered some more about three weeks ago and it seems not unlikely that it has got lost in the post.

Oh well….I’ll finish up as far as I can and then it will all have to go back into the waiting to be done pile.

Who would have thought it?

I guess this is someone upstairs’ way of telling me that I should really clean my house!

I feel for you – but have to say that house cleaning is over rated!!!That having been said I have to admit that it feels good when it is done although it is so humid here that my feet still stick to the floor despite the fact that it was thoroughly scrubbed two days ago.

I have to order some Kona Snow too. Thanks for the reminder. Hope your’s arrives before you get housemaid’s knee!!

Oh the irony ;o) Hope you can get hold of some soon, would hate you to get dishpan hands…

Oh no! Such irony! If Alanis Morrisette were a quilter, she might have included that line in her song. “It’s like having 46 metres of prints and no Kona Snow….”

  5. Stephanie Says:

Do NOT clean the house. Cut up some curtains or your husband’s favourite tie or something else to finish the quilt with!!

OH MY STARS!!! Call out the national guard!!! This is why someone needs to invent replicator technology like on Star Trek!! (Giving away my nerd leanings LOL)
I have finally hired a cleaner for the heavy jobs in the house (vacuuming, washing floors & cleaning the bathroom) only costs me 20 quid & its the best money I ever spend.

All I can offer is a sympathetic ‘oh bugger’!
