Just not setting the world alight…..
Today I’m having one of those days when, despite my best efforts, I just don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
The highlight of the day – or at least my greatest achievement – is that I’ve managed to turn the heel on the Embossed Leaves Socks.
Now don’t get me wrong – I love these socks and the heel is really neat – but I’m just feeling that well, there has to be more to life than this ….
I’m not bored. There are so many things that need doing and that I want to do, but today my soul is just a little restless. I have no idea why or what to do about it. It’s a strange feeling and one that I don’t often have. Normally I’m a busy and contented little soul, but not today. I haven’t run much this week. Maybe I’m just lacking the endorphins that my body has got used to.
I guess I need to go and seek my North Star….
More tomorrow – when hopefully normal service will have resumed….

I’ve had those days too. I love those socks. I’ve been thinking about learning to knit this coming winter. Since I’m moving to a very cold place,I’m going to need warm socks and something yo keep me busy on those snow bound days.
