720 triangles later
Sorry, I know I’m boring you to death with this one – but it has been rather taking over my life recently.
I’ll keep quiet about it now…at least until the quilting is done!
Helen
PS I particularly love the two pairs of bare feet at the bottom of the quilt. It was about 5 degrees outside this morning and they could both have worn shoes, slippers, socks….hell anything….but chose to be out in the cold in bare feet. Bonkers if you ask me! (And they are both old enough to know better!)

Amazing! Love the feet as well ;). Do they ever learn???

I was wondering about those bare feet too! The quilt looks fabulous and your patience with all those HSTs paid off.

This is absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to see it quilted. Your mom is very lucky to be receiving this!

Absolutely stunning, Helen. What a gift!

This is so beautiful and I am cold just looking at those bare feet!

Oh my – how absolutely stunning – if your mother doesn’t want it I would be more than willing to sacrifice myself by giving it a home (lol).
Just sitting at my desk and watching the first snow flakes fall.

It is absolutely beautiful, and quilt pictures with little feet or fingers are always my favourites:-)

Not boring at all, it’s beautiful! The bear’s paw looks almost like a flower – tulip maybe – in those gorgeous colours. I’ve been searching my stash to see if I have anything similar… and the web to find the pattern! Can’t wait to see it finished.

Still lovely! The border is fantastic – well worth the effort of all those triangles. And look, teenagers can come in handy after all!

I am glad you are showing it off, it is just beautiful!

It looks wonderful Helen! I do understand how a project can take over your life, I have a few that I should let that happen to me with actually š
I love the bare feet in the picture, I determined years ago that I don’t think the younger ones feel the cold the same as we do (not that we aren’t young of course)

Woot, well done! As for the staff, well really, you’d think their mother could have knitted them socks or something…
