100th Post Giveaway!!!
So here we are…
and I can hardly believe it
100th post already
so much fun in such a short time…
So in time-honoured blogging tradition I’m hosting my first giveaway…
On offer I have two skeins of my favourite Green Mountain Spinnery Meadow sock yarn, each of which is enough for a pretty pair of socks…
or…for the non-sock knitters a little pile of Swiss goodies
All you need to do is:
1) Let me know which of the two you would prefer.
2) Tell me where you live. I’m fascinated by the fact that I seem to have readers from all around the globe and I would just love to know where you all are!
Please post your reply to this post by Saturday evening and I will pick the winners on Sunday.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you all!
Helen

Congratulations on your 100th post from another Canadian – you know that I am from Québec and live in a small town on the South Shore of the St-Lawrence River. Should I be lucky enough to have my name drawn, I’d love the Swiss goodies despite the fact that we hope to be there this fall.
Good luck with your race.

I’m from Bothell Washington (state) and have been enjoying your blog so much. I would choose the sock yarn if I won. Your pictures and the places you go are SO interesting. Since I was in the fourth grade in school I’ve wanted to visit Switzerland. Maybe I’ll actually get there someday. Thanks for the glimpse at it.

Congratulations on your 100th post; that’s quite an achievement. I probably will be 100 years old before I reach that elusive number of posts. I’m glad to have found you and I’m enjoying your posts a lot. Anyway, I don’t want to take part in the give away; first I don’t knit and second I have the cook book and I don’t need any Swiss memorabilia 😉
As you know I’m Swiss, but live in Singapore. Best wishes Vreni

Checking in from Washington DC. Thanks so much for blogging. It’s wonderful to read about the knitting (which I do,) the quilting (which I don’t,) and the running (which I can’t even imagine!). And the glimpses of Switzerland are great!

Congratulations from a San Franciscan who took a whole a year to reach the 100th post mark. Perhaps because I am not as talented or prolific a knitter as you? That might be the answer, but the yarn would still be my preference. Thanks for the giveaway.

I am from Portland Oregon and I just found your blog. Since I have a ton of sock yarn the Swiss goodies would be great. I don’t know too many people who quilt so I’m enjoying your quilting pictures.
