Spring Carnival
Today I managed to get October’s project for EEEEP EPP BEE finished. It’s Katy Jones‘ Spring Carnival and it’s for Celine, who blogs at espritpatch.
Celine sent the cream fabric for the triangles and some lovely Liberty scraps – and I had a great time with some of my own Liberty scraps. It’s such a pretty pattern and it really made me think that it would be nice to make it up in Liberty sometime for myself.
It always amazes me just how quickly EPP goes together – you’d think it would take ages and then it really doesn’t!

Yes, I think this may be next on my list – I just need to make my templqtes. It’s looking very pretty and I agree that EPP comes together quickly and is a lot less stressful sometimes than the machine! Did you get your suitcase back?

It looks gorgeous in Liberty. I’ve just gone back to my Spring Carnival after a bit of knitting (a scarf for my sister-in-law). I love a bit of hand-sewing in the evening.

Lovely Helen. You know I wasn’t sold on the Liberty prints, but I could be converted. They look so pretty here.
