My sins are coming home to haunt me!
Oooooohhhh…remember Black Friday…..all those lovely sales……
I’m getting gorgeous deliveries from my nice postman, but they are blowing my stashbusting (ha!) efforts sky high….
Next year I think somebody needs to take my credit card away from me and hide it from me at Thanksgiving.
So far I’ve had this lovely lot from M is for Make….
And these in the Fat Quarter Shop sale..
And this gorgeous Madeline Tosh yarn from Eat Sleep Knit
(Can anyone tell me how I can magic this into a hoodie for my daughter by Christmas?)
What is even worse is that isn’t even the end of it. I know there’s more to come……which is great and not so great all at the same time, if you get my meaning.
However lots of progress is being made on the quilt, so hopefully in a day or two I should have something gorgeous to show you!

Ooooh Helen you have been naughty! But I love your new stuff. I am not a knitter but that yarn is just beautiful. I am sure you can get it knitted up in no time if you abandon all other projects, all housework, all cooking and all looking after teenagers.
However if you are anything like my mum, the hoody won’t be a surprise – I lost count of the number of times I used to get asked “come and stand here and stick your arm out to the side”…

Oh I Hear Ya Sister! I will soon need to supply nourishment to the Postman, UPS and FedEx drivers. Yesterday the UPS guy CAME BACK–he found another one of our packages on the truck! And our poor dog is going to need therapy or tranquilizers –he goes CRAZY (well maybe I am) every time a truck pulls in. So now I must go– check out where you ordered from!!! HaHa

Lovely fabrics! i was really good and didn’t buy any fabric on Black Friday. However I did buy quite a bit before and after….
There’s only one more package to come. Not sure where I will put it as all my boxes and shelves are full!

Oh my, some lovely purchases. I was very good, mostly cause I am very broke!! Just saw Tula Pink on 30% off at Craftsy & still resisted.
Am in bed with some kind of illness, really dizzy & vomited this morning. Think it might be a migraine?? Have only just been able to access internet. Must get onto Flickr etc.
