First Birthday Giveaway!!!!
My blog is one!! I can’t believe that it’s been a whole year already. I’ve gone from someone who didn’t even know how to upload photos onto the computer to….well what? Someone who does know how to! I have had such fun this year. My own creativity has increased hugely and writing blog posts has turned out to be something that I love doing and amazingly, which is never a burden. Most of all though – and something that I hadn’t quite realized would happen – I’ve made such a lot of new friends from all over the world.
Thank you so much for stopping by, taking the time to read my burblings and for sticking with me! I’m so glad I got to know you all and I hope our friendships carry on growing!!

4 Carrie Nelson quilt patterns – True Blue, Elizabeth, Jellystone and Summer Wind. I bought these patterns last year – they are all absolutely gorgeous quilts. Why am I giving them away? Well they are all also included in two of Carrie’s books, which I bought afterwards – and believe me, it would be a crime if these patterns went to waste. So I’m seeking a good home for them!

My kids are back to school, the sun is out – but I have to take the car to the garage 🙁 Not originally on my to-do list but that’s life.

Happy one year to you. I haven’t been reading for your entire year, but admit I’ve pretty much checked out every inch of your blog and read it religiously now. I can’t believe you were a rookie when you started. It is wonderful! You inspire me constantly. I’m pretty much a novice quilter, so if picked for the giveaway, I’d like your best judgement in which prize. They both look amazing.

Hi – I’ve been reading your blog for a few months now as well – I too thought it had been around for longer as I remember stumbling across it before that, then losing the link, then finding it again. Anyway, I would love to have the patterns if I am lucky enough to win! I have only made 1 Miss Rosie pattern so far, but it was wonderful and I am anxious to try another!
